The NIHL Championship Series comes to its exciting conclusion over the weekend of April 30 and May 1 2022, as the NIHL Final Four returns to Planet Ice Coventry.

Skydome has been home to the Finals for the top tier of the EIHA senior leagues for many seasons and is a favourite way for supporters from all over the country to celebrate the end of the season.

The NIHL National Division playoffs will feature the top eight teams from the league standings – they will split into two groups of four to play a short round robin to determine our Final Four.  Teams in places 1-4-5-8 will form Group A, with the others 2-3-6-7 forming Group B.  These home-and-away ties will be played from April 9/10 to April 23/24.

The top two sides from each playoff group will then head to Coventry for the Final Four Weekend.

On Saturday April 30 we will host two semi finals.

The following day, Sunday May 1, we will have the NIHL 1 Championship Game between the respective league winners of NIHL North 1 (Moralee) and South 1 (Britton).  The weekend will the round off with the Final Four Championship Game between the two winners from Saturday’s semi finals.

Fans should save the dates and look out for ticket details and event timings which will be confirmed as soon as possible.
